Bug#155923: A little question

Dear Robert,

I changed all the things, but I still have one little
"problem" left. 

DOSBox only works with files that are in upcase (as dos is
case-insensitive.) We provide a utility to rename your files
to upcase(it's inside dosbox on z:\) 

This is off cource mentioned in the readme.
But I fear many people will not read the the readme. 
So I think it would be wise to mention it somewhere else.

I think I could add it in the intro_message in the shell
(it's displayed when dosbox is started) 
Or I could add it to man page. (and then in which section)

What are your ideas on this subject. The updated files can
still be downloaded from the same location.
