Bug#93368: Sara packages might not be license compatible

Just to add more information for the curius: Sara is not properly licensed.
It was rejected from the archive's upload queue August 2002 by aj:

>>>
``This program is *not* free software since no fee (other than
 "at-cost") can be charged for its distribution (see note below);
 SARA changes to the SATAN code base, although GPL, cannot make
 this package go into main/free.''
 .
 This doesn't work -- if your original codebase wasn't DFSG-free (and
 GPL compatible), then you can't distribute modifications based on GPLed
 changes. Talk to -legal about your options from here.

Sara packages are availabe in the same place I mentioned but, for the
moment, it will not be included in Debian.

I still have to discuss at debian-legal (and with Sara's team for that
matter) the licensing issues. But AFAIK Dan Farmer and/or Wietse Venema
will not change SATAN's original license and this means that either
Sara's team rewrites the Satan code base or it can never be included
into main (it could maybe be included into contrib by depending on
satan and patching it, or, otherwise, in non-free)
