Bug#168205: jabber up for adoption

Hello,

with the bug report #168205 i opened up jabber for adooption.

There is a new 2.0.0 version out there, and since I do not run a jabber
server any longer, I do not have the time to test all it's important
features and so somebody else should package it.

Who ever wants to take it over, mail me, I will pick somebody who had
contributed before.
