The good thing about 'htmltmpl' is that it is a VERY SIMPLE language
and there are parsers for Python, Perl and PHP.

Probably TAL is a good alternative to what I'm doing with 'htmltmpl'
and now that I've looked at it I'll give it a try.

Related to the packaging of TAL, it seems that its already done, as
the maintainer has just pointed out.
