Why another new package? Why do you want to spam the archive (read: adding
lots of metadata to everyone's Packages files) instead of just adding this
script (with few lines of actuall code) to the psutils package? There is
already a bug report on the topic.  Please add the script, write a manpage and
bother the maintainer to upload a new version. If he does not react, ping me
to do an NMU.
