Tcptrace is a tool capable of analyzing and reporting on tcpdump output.
It can generate summaries of the output or output data files for use
with xplot (note that this is not the xplot in Debian, but xplot written
by Tim Shepard of the MIT Lab for Computer Science). Graph data can be
created for throughput, RTT, time sequences, segment size, and cwin.

The license is BSD style, with Ohio University in place of UC.

I have uploaded tcptrace, finally completing my ITP that was filed a
year and a half ago. It is awaiting ftpmaster's approval before it can
move to unstable.
