Description : Onion Networks' Common Java utilities library
This is a library of supporting classes used by Onion Networks' FEC
library. Some of the classes may be useful for other projects.

This Java package is declared as com.onionnetworks.util .
This package does not seem to be publicly released yet. I am in
commmunication with the upstream developers about the situation, and
I'm sure we'll be able to work something out.
