Package: wnpp
Version: N/A; reported 2002-07-15
Severity: normal

I request an adopter for the xmms-cdread package.
The package description is:
XMMS Input plugin which will read an audio CD as data and play it in
realtime. This allows XMMS to use an audio CD for visualization, and
also lets you play an audio cd from a drive which does not have an
 audio cd cable connected.

The upstream author does not seem to be putting out any new releases or
fixing bugs, and I am not experienced enough with the inner workings of
the kernel to be able to fix many of the bugs. I will keep the package
and try my best to fix bugs in the meantime, but if someone is more
familiar with what this package does and has time to maintain this, I'd
like it if they adopted this package.
