Is there any reason this should not be integrated into the main mozilla
package?  I expect my locale setting to be respected by all applications;
partial credit will not be awarded to apps that suck at other areas of
Unix integration.

Does this package adjust mozilla's internal l10n settings only, or does
it also affect the Language: headers sent in HTTP requests?
