Description     : ASN.1 object dump program
 An ASN.1 object dump program which will dump data encoded using any of
 the ASN.1 encoding rules in a variety of user-specified formats.


License is, well, minimal. Excerpt from dumpasn1.c:
You can use this code in whatever way you want, as long as you don't
try to claim you wrote it.

The author has no objections against distributing this with Debian. Maybe
I can even convince him to place a better license there.
