* Package name    : cl-defsystem3
  Version         : 3.3ii
  Upstream Author : Mark Kantrowitz and Marco Antoniotti

* License         : DFSG compatible
  Description : A system definition and building package for Common Lisp programs

defsystem is a "make"-like tool for building Common Lisp
systems. Defsystem3 is currently part of the Debian package Common
Lisp Controller. However, in discussions with the Defsystem3's and
Common Lisp Controller's maintainers, there is an advantage for
packaging this separately. After this package has been accepted into
the Debian distribution, Common Lisp Controller will remove defsystem
code and depend upon this package.

I'm not exactly sure of the category of the license. I believe it to
be DFSG compatible:

;;; Use, copying, modification, merging, publishing, distribution
;;; and/or sale of this software, source and/or binary files and
;;; associated documentation files (the "Software") and of derivative
;;; works based upon this Software are permitted, as long as the
;;; following conditions are met:
;;; o this copyright notice is included intact and is prominently
;;;        visible in the Software
;;; o distribution of a modification to the Software have been
;;; previously submitted to the maintainers; if the maintainers
;;; decide not to include the submitted changes, the "full
;;; name" of the re-distributed Software ("MK:DEFSYSTEM", or
;;;        "MAKE:DEFSYSTEM", or "MK-DEFSYSTEM") must be changed.
