Bug#154339: ITP]: axkit-xsp-perform -- PerForm XSP Taglib for AxKit

Hi,

Hmm, I was actually planning on packaging _all_ AxKit modules.  Since I'm
maintaining a lot of the underlying Perl XML modules and Axkit itself, it
might make sense to keep the whole "system" in one hand to smooth upgrades
and such.
