Version: N/A; reported 2002-06-25
Severity: wishlist

* Package name    : med-common
  Version         : 0.1
  Upstream Author : Andreas Tille <tille@debian.org>
* URL : local hard disk
* License         : GPL
  Description : Debian-Med internal project common package

This package provides some files which are common to all med-* packages.
Moreover it introduces a method to handle system users in a group
med (easily adaptable to junior by setting view variables) using
debconf. This could be valuable for other internal projects.

I will upload new med-* packages which will use med-common soon -
perhaps before med-common will enter the Debian archive because
I will have vacations and want to let users play with this stuff
over this time. Please stay tuned with bug-reports of type
"Can't install med-* because of missing dependency from med-common".
It will at least be in incoming before any med-* will depend from
it.
