Bug#96909: pacwars2

hi,
I'm interested in the pacwars2 packaging. I've been looking at the site
and it looks like they've gone for the full GPL license, so that
shouldn't be a problem.

I'm not yet a debian developer, in fact this will be my first package,
however I am interested in  becoming one and have been following the
devel and mentors mailing lists for some time. 

Filip: can you please send me any files you started work with,
particularly the paragui package. Also, please let me know your current
status with paragui - last year you said you wanted to maintain
packaging these.
