This module attempts to make shared memory easy to use for one specific
application - a shared memory cache, provides a shared memory cache
accessed as a tied hash.

The libipc-sharedcache-perl package is suggested by libhtml-template-perl
-- HTML::Template : A module for using HTML Templates with Perl, which is
used by i.e. bins package.
