An EPWING CD-ROM dictionary viewer using libeb.
Features:
 - it uses libeb and supports EPWING format.
 - it can read multiple dictionaries at the same time.

EPWING is a Japanese industry standard(JISX4081) for electoric
publishing.  You can use most of dictionary CD-ROMs sold in Japan with
this EBView since they are distributed in this format.
