Unless there are any versioned dependencies on dhid in Debian (my
guess: no, but check with apt-cache showpkg), dhis-client should
Provide, Conflict and Replace dhid.
i.e. put:
Provides: dhid
Replaces: dhid
Conflicts: dhid
in debian/control.
