Well, if the mod_frontpage implementation is itself DFSG-compliant, I
think that it's still useful by itself (and can therefore be placed in
main): many times, frontpage users want to publish to a
frontpage-enabled server because they're too stupid to figure out how to
reconfigure their software to use ftp, yet they don't actually make use
of the MFSE in their site.

In any case, I consider FrontPage and its extensions sufficiently ugly
that I'm not going to champion them if you decide to upload to contrib
-- just curious what your reasoning was. :)
