Bill Jonas <bill@billjonas.com> decided to keep away from the Debian
package of privoxy, so I'll talk over this job as offered some time
before.

I'll upload the package as soon as possible (just working on a
permission problem, which was reported upstream).  Until my first
official Debian release, you can find an unofficial version of the
package at the privoxy home page on sourceforge or at
http://www.spinnaker.de/debian/unoff/privoxy.html
