Bug#147278: ITP: gnome-office -- This package will install the core gnome-office packages

Package: wnpp
Severity: wishlist

* Package name    : gnome-office
  Version         : 1.0
  Upstream Author : Gerfried Fuchs <alfie@debian.org>
* URL             : N/A yet, <http://alfie.ist.org/debian/gnome-office/>
* License         : GPL
  Description : This package will install the core gnome-office packages

 This package depends on the core gnome-office packages to make it easy
 to install them all in a rush. It includes a spreadsheet application, a
 word processor, a webbrowser, image viewer, vector graphic program,
 raster graphic program, project management program, diagram editor and
 a database management tool. More is in work and/or not yet packaged for
 Debian.

 I think that this would be quite useful. It's merely just an idea that
popped up in my mind that will help people get a good selections of
applications in a rush.

 If you think this should be better done through Tasks: speak up but
I'll be questioning the koffice package then in return, too ;-)

 Have fun,
Alfie
