Just use
# Openoffice
deb http://apt-proxy.sourceforge.net/openoffice/ unstable main contrib
deb-src http://apt-proxy.sourceforge.net/openoffice/ unstable main contrib
and you have OO 1.0.
/usr/share/doc/openoffice.org/TODO.Debian.gz tells
you what to do before it will be uploaded to Debian
(experimental).
