Although I never use netscape I'd find this utility useful for "killing other
programs" as your description said. Kind of as a simple shortcut for killall
-9 .
Of course I'm really able to live without this app, (hence no need to shoot
me down for supporting "horrible archive bloat" ;-)) but I would definitely
give it a try if you decided to package it.
