Bug#97234: new subversion packages

Hi,

Client and local repository working.  That means you can check out and work
with sources from subversion repositories already set up on the internet, and
you can create your own repository that you will only be able to access
locally.  Apache module that allows for web access to your own repository isn't
working due to apr and subversion Debian packages being out of sync.

In order to build/use subversion you need some packages that aren't yet in
Debian:

http://people.debian.org/~willy/db4/

deb http://pandora.debian.org/~thom/apache2 ./
deb-src http://pandora.debian.org/~thom/apache2 ./
