  This is the first I heard of copyright problems.  Did upstream get a
nastygram from some company about it?

  Unless they took graphics from RoboWar (is that the original game?) or
something, I don't see why they'd have a copyright problem.  I suppose it
could be a patented game concept; I know that can happen.

  Ok, I'll consider it.  Maybe you should retitle this to an RFP in the
meantime..
