I guess you actually wanted to file an O: or RFA: bug instead of an
ITA: bug (see http://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp for more information on
this).
Vince, note that srecord never was part of a stable release (i.e. of
potato) so it might make sense to remove the package for now and
re-introduce it later in case you reimplement it. Would that be ok
with you?
