I build a package but didn't upload it.
arc isn't available in Debian because of a non-free license.
I wanted to build a virusscaner wget script, so the installation

Hmm, I dont know scannerdaemon.

I you think it ready and working just upload it and close this bug.
I have only an alpha package and if you are faster then upload it so it will
be in woody.:)
