The seperate ext2/ext3 acl/ea packages are no longer in necessary since
the successful coordination with the XFS project. Simply grab the latest
ext2/ext3-kernel patches from acl.bestbits.at, build and boot the kernel
then use the XFS tools (>v2.0.0)
