Bug#121106: orphaning sndconfig

retitle 121106 O: sndconfig -- Redhat's sound card configuration utility

This is a modified version of Redhat sndconfig. It needs updating to a
newer upstream version. There are currently two bugs.

The original person who wanted to take it over, André Rabello
<arabello@vento.com.br>, hasn't contacted me since his first mail, and
his email address doesn't work anymore:
