retitle 104426 ITP: xpm4.7 -- libc5-compatible XPM library

Hi,
I would like to pick up this package and get it back into woody. I use
it for WordPerfect 8 for Linux, and there are obviously others who use
this for old libc5 versions of Netscape and stuff. I'm basically using
Josip's sources with the glibc stuff all stripped out - so I will upload
a 3.4k-6 package sometime within the next few days.
