Bug#132980: O: php4 -- A server-side, HTML-embedded scripting language

<shrug>... I'm pretty familiar with the PHP source, and I write PHP
modules (that use shared libs, no less), so I do know what's going on.

I don't mean to discourage you, Adam, but I maintain several packages
that contain shared libraries, and I would be afraid to take on php4 by
myself. I presume you are either far braver than I am, or don't realize
what you're volunteering yourself for. ;)

IMHO, given the number of binary packages php4 produces, it would be a
good idea to have more than one developer working on this package. I'm
willing to invest some time into it, but can't commit to being a sole
maintainer.

Petr, if you have some help beating down clueless bug reporters, would
you be willing to stick it out a while longer while other developers get

up to speed on the package?
