Hi,

I intend to package MCL for Debian. MCL is an implementation by Stijn
van Dongen of the mathematical Markov Cluster algorithm, and offers
utilities for manipulating sparse matrices (the essential data structure
in the MCL algorithm) and conducting cluster experiments. MCL is
written in C and released under the GPL. It is available from the
author's webpage at http://members.ams.chello.nl/svandong/thesis/ .

An apt-able archive offering a debianized MCL, based on yesterdays'
upstream release (and some other stuff too), is on

  deb http://mdcc.cx/debian local contrib
  deb-src http://mdcc.cx/debian local contrib

.

Bye,

Joost
