I am sorry to inform the Debian community that I have been unable to contact Dr. Andreas Muller - the author of OpenSCEP for the last two months. The website was to be taken down for one day and nothing has happened since then. Dr. Muller does not answer my emails, so I have no way of telling where this program is heading.
