Package: wnpp
Severity: normal

The current maintainer of regexplorer, Raphael Bossek <bossekr@debian.org>,
is apparently not active anymore[*]. Therefore, I orphan this package
now. If you want to be the new maintainer, please take it -- retitle
this bug from 'O:' to 'ITA:', fix the outstanding bugs and upload a
new version with your name in the Maintainer: field and a

   * New maintainer (Closes: #thisbug)

in the changelog so this bug is closed.

Some information about this package:

Size: 92288
MD5sum: ca5cf4cdd232e1b8f74c09a07b7b5442
Description: A visual regular expression explorer
 RegExplorer is a visual regular expression explorer, it allows
 for writing regular expressions and visually see the matches,
 thus making regular expression much easier to write and maintain.
 .
 More information can be found at the RegExplorer web site
 http://qtvu.netpedia.net/regexplorer/.

[*] Justification: the maintainer currently has 17 open RC bugs (not
counting those fixed in NMUs). Several NMUs were done, at least two
packages (pwlib, usbview) have already been hihacked, the maintainer
does not respond to mails.

 regexplorer (0.1.6-2) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * New maintainer (Closes: #123510)
   * Acknowledge NMUs (Closes: #71320, #85800, #92935, #89796)
   * Removed all build dependencies except for libqt-dev and debhelper. The
     previous maintainer manually added all dependencies of libqt-dev to
     the Build-Depends, but that's unnecessary clutter and bogus in some
     respects (For example, there's no reason why regexplorer would use
     OpenGL...)
   * Updated link to upstream source (Closes: #120680).
