Dear Fellow Maintainers,

I intend to adopt gpgp, the gnome front end to GPG.  I will
work on packaging this weekend.  Since I am not an official
developer at this time, Dpk (Dennis, dpk@debian.org) has
agreed to sponsor me on this.  I plan to work with Dennis
to make sure my package is in compliance with debian policy.
