DBD::Sybase is a perl module which works with the DBI module to provide
access to Sybase and Microsoft SQL databases. It uses FreeTDS, an LGPL
implementation of Sybase's OpenClient Unix libraries.
License: GPL/Artistic License, plus an anti-commercial clause which
fails the DFSG. I will speak with author about the possibility of
making the license DFSG-free.
