Dave Lawyer at the Linux Documentation Project asked me if Debian could
distribute the Linux Kernel 2.4 Internals Guide, so I've put together a
quick package.

I'm also cc'ing this to upstream, to keep you informed about where the
Guide's being distributed.

If I've collided with anyone else's work, let me know. Otherwise I'll
upload this in a few days.
