That's because nobody's uploaded a package of it yet (at least, it's not
in any Packages files, nor in the databases on auric or pandora). The
version you quote must have come from an unofficial package.

If it has been packaged, it's OK to mail 86679-done@bugs.debian.org
saying that to close the bug. Until then it should stay open.
(BTW, please mail the original bug report, or perhaps the package
maintainer directly or debian-wnpp@lists.debian.org, about this sort of
thing rather than filing new bugs. Thanks!)
