Bug#113467: ITP: tclcurl -- tcl module to provide interface for libcurl
TclCurl gives the Tcl programmer access to the facilities of 'libcurl',
a library written by Daniel Stenberg. See Debian packages libcurl2 and
libcurl2-dev or libcurl2-ssl and libcurl-ssl-dev.
TclCurl is licensed under the usual terms of the BSD-like Tcl license.
This means you can do whatever you want with it, except claim that you
wrote it yourself. It is DFSG compatible. Full license statement follows.
