I do not currently have time or motivation to work on this. There are some
license issues with this, or at least there were when I last checked two
months ago.
Also the package is highly unstable.

I do have packages ready, if someone cares enough to resolve the license
issues, mail me for them.

Also, I had to package paragui for this, these packages are ready as well,
but I'd like to keep these even if someone else takes pacwars2. Just give me
a sign and I'll upload.
