xipmsg is BSD license with advertizement clause.

neither gtkipmsg nor gipmsg is suitable to be packaged.
I have contacted the upstream authors to no avail.
They have an invalid licensing clause mixing BSD with advertizing clause
and GPL, which is bad news.
