Bug#108050: ITP: wprint - Mozilla/Netscape filter to print non-latin1 pages

A filter for Netscape and Mozilla that allows to print pages in (at least) Unicode, Big5, SJIS and all the ISO-8859* charsets using true type fonts.
Wprint is a program I wrote and packaged for Debian. You can find more information at http://www.esperanto.org.uy/programoj/angle/wprint.html.
The license is GPL.
The upload will be done by Carlos Barros while I go through the new maintainer process.
