   * Make "Single/Multi Select" combo box set mode to "Select".
   * Apply "LIBTOOL_IS_A_FOOL" fix to debian/rules for rpath issues.
   * Install the binary in /usr/lib/i3d, and a wrapper script in /usr/bin which
     sets $LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
   * Rewrite QT libs autoconf macro to use AC_TRY_LINK instead of AC_TRY_RUN, so
     the build doesn't fail outside of X.
   * Rewrite QTLIBS autoconf variable to make sure we link with -lqt-gl.
