Having checked the status of Mike Markley's packaging of teapop, *I* now
intend to package
it. From Mike:

Actually I offered it to another person who was interested in packaging
it,
but received no reply from him. It's yours if you want it, as I no
longer  
have the time or inclination to package it... the license (for version
0.3.0)
is now 3-clause BSD (no advertising clause) so it should be a non-issue.
