Bug#99118: ITP: e2ps -- Convert plain text into PostScript

This is a converter of plain text into PostScript similar
to a2ps etc. but the current a2ps can not handle japanese
but e2ps can.

Furthermore some application(s) assume e2ps exists in a system
as a converter.
