  GPGME is a library wich provides an standard API for accesing the functions
  (sign, encrypt, verify, import, export, ...) of GnuPG.

  GPGME is currently being developed by Werner Koch, the main developer of
  GnuPG and it is licensed under the GPL.

    cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.guug.de:/home/koch/cvs login
     with the password anonymous
