=46rom description:

This localized version of Tom Rokicki's dvips can handle Japanese=20
DVI files. It can even output in Tate-Gaki(means "write vertically")=20
 style.

I talked with Adrian Bunk in debian-tetex-maint mailing list and we
agreed to release this package separate from tetex-bin.

License:

Dvips itself is basically in public domain(part of it is GPL/LGPL'd).
The Japanese support patch is released under the GNU GPL.
