Package: wnpp
Severity: normal

Since I've left my job at the Pasteur Institute, I no longer work in the
field of biology. Therefore, I orphan al my biology-related packages.

Phylip is used a lot in phylogeny but it is non-free. The upstream
author is cooperative but not very active.
