New package suggestion: avi-xmms

Description: avi player interface (integrates with xmms)

Depends on: libavifile 0.5x
(!!! 0.6x is incompatible!!!, libavifile 0.6x is currently bundeled with
debian unstable, this needs to be "downgraded", 0.6x isn't an "upgrade",
it's a rewrite without backwards compability and not many applications
support this new API. Honestly I haven't seen a single one yet, all use the
0.5x API)

Available from: www.xmms.org (-> plugins -> input)

Reason: It's the best avi player interface available for unix.
I've read discussion about avi-xmms and that it should _NOT_ be included
since it depends on non-open (and they used the work illegal too, but
remember that you are innocent until other proven) binary .dll files,
though I think the whole argument fail since avi-xmms doesn't really depend
on these files, it depends on libavifile ... and yes... libavifile depens
on these binaries (but that could be changed, so avi-xmms does NOT depend
on these binaries). Even if you think it does, libavifile also does, and
thats included in the distribution (without the binaries) ... so... unless
I see a good explanation, I'd like to see one of the most downloaded linux
apps available in the next debian release!
