Bug#92447: RFA: siag -- The SIAG Office suit

Due to the complexity of the packaging of SIAG (source package siag
generates binary packages siagoffice-common, siag-common,
siagoffice-plugins, xsiag, tsiag, xpw and egon, and is built in a bit
special way), I would like to see someone more experienced taking over
as maintainer.

I will continue to maintain it until someone takes it over, though.

The package is up-to-date as of the latest upstream version, and
currently has no outstanding bugs.
