I have packaged yaclc, Yet Another Changelog Check, and am doing
final debugging with the aid of my sponsor, Adrian Bunk, before
uploading.

yaclc queries the bug tracking system to see whether the bugs that
are closed in a .changes file belong to the same package as the
changelog.

License: GPL.
Upstream: Me.
